In 2011, I began representing a small, one-location company. That company has now expanded across the entire country and employs more than 400 people. Being a part of that growth and helping this small business progress so successfully – and at such a rapid rate – became the model for my practice.
My current clients range from small entrepreneurs and startups with fundraising and governance questions to owners whose businesses have grown to multi-million dollar enterprises. I work with my clients across the business life cycle: to raise money, join incubators such as Techstars, negotiate joint ventures and significant commercial agreements, purchase other businesses, and, in some cases, be acquired. I have advised on multiple high value transactions worth eight figures or more.
I appreciate the passion that my clients have for their ideas. Collaborating with a diverse range of entrepreneurs and business owners enables me to fully involve myself with their businesses, understand their challenges, and offer guidance and support. I value these relationships and feel privileged that these companies have entrusted me to be a part of their development and prosperity.
I am currently the principal attorney at Braverman Law PC, and also of counsel at Dunning, Rievman & MacDonald LLP, located in New York City.
